RECIPE: Strawberry & Chia Delight Breakfast Recipe

I make this the night before for a ‘no fuss’ easy and healthy breakfast!

Ingredients:

2 cups almond milk
1 punnet strawberries, hulled
½ cup chia seeds
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
A few extra strawberries, blueberries and pomegranate seeds

Method:
Mix almond milk and strawberries in a blender
Pour mixture into a bowl and add maple syrup and chia seeds
Cover and refrigerate until set (approx. a couple hours or overnight)

Serve:
Top with the remaining fruit
