RECIPE: Porridge With a Difference Breakfast Recipe

A yummy, dairy free porridge recipe that is quick and easy to make. Perfect for warming up on a cold winter’s morning.

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled or steal cut oats
2 cups water
½ teaspoon powdered cinnamon
¼ teaspoon powdered turmeric
A pinch ground cloves
A pinch pink Himalayan rock or sea salt

Method:
Place all ingredients in a saucepan, gently bring to the boil and cook until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.

Serve:
Add a slice of diced pawpaw, stewed apple or pomegranate seeds.
